Tuition: Registration Fee and first month tuition is due at the time of Registration. Please be aware that tuition is not based on single monthly payments. Our academic year covers 39 weeks, 35 weeks of which the student receives instruction. There is an annual fee covering these 35 weeks of instruction. Allowance is made for holidays in the total figure and the student is encouraged to make up holiday classes, as long as the student is still enrolled as a paying participant. If the student drops out, the make up classes are forfeit. Fees are due and payable in advance, to "Grand Jetè Dance Academy" in your choice of the following: i) One annual payment which affords a 10% discount, when paid by cash or check. Annual payment by credit card will result in a 5% discount to the client. ii) Quarterly payments, (due September 1st., December 1st. and March 1st.) iii) Nine installments, due the first of each month, (September through May). iv) or class card, (adults only). REGISTRATION FEE: A $15.00 account set up and processing fee must accompany the registration form for each new student. Current students pay a $10.00 registration fee. There is no billing procedure. Each student must be pre-paid at the beginning of the month, for the quarter or for the year before he or she is eligible to attend classes. LATE FEE: Please Note: Payments received after the 10th of each month will incur a $10 late fee and will continue to accrue until paid in full. For each month the late fee is not paid, another $10 will be assessed and become billable. A $20.00 fee will be levied on all returned checks and after 2 returned checks the student will be required to pay tuition in cash or with a money order. Please Also Note: Payments that are over a month late will result in the student being removed from class until tuition is current. TUITION RATES: Tuition rates apply to the entire family so if one or more family members are taking enough classes to qualify for "Unlimited Classes" the entire family may take further classes without extra cost. MONTHLY AMOUNT ANNUAL AMOUNT 1 - 60 minute Class/Week $ 38.00 = $342.00 (with 10% discount) $307.80 (save $34.20) 2 - 60 minute Classes/Week $ 70.00 = $630.00 (with 10% discount) $567.00 (save $63.00) 3 - 60 minute Classes/Week $ 102.00 = $918.00 (with 10% discount) $826.20 (save $91.80) 4 - 60 minute Classes/Week $134.00 = $1206.00 (with 10% discount) $1085.40 (save $120.60) 5 - 60 minute Classes/Week $166.00 = $1,494.00 (with 10% discount) $1,344.60 (save $149.40) 6 - Unlimited 60 minute Classes/Week $198.00 = $1782.00 (with 10% discount) $1603.80 (save $178.20) **Unlimited class amount refers to 1-hour classes and not the advanced 1 and 1/2 hour classes that start at $57 per month for 1 class/week. These will be reduced commensurately; however your total may exceed the $198/month amount for Unlimited Classes if your dancer is in the Advanced Program. 30 Minute Class $ 20.00 90 Minute Class $ 57.00 2nd 90 Minute Class $48.00 Occasionally Master Teachers will be brought in to give Master Classes. These classes are not included in the "unlimited" category, as these Instructors have to be paid separately and usually determine their own charge. SPECIAL RATES: Single Class drop-in rate $15.00 (available to adults and applies to 60 minute classes) 90-minute drop in rate is $25.00. For the Six week class session the price is $57.00. Country Swing and Ballroom are $45.00 for a single person and $80.00 for a couple. 10 Class Card $125.00 (available to adults and applies to 60 minute classes but can be split up for the 1 ½ hour classes) Individual Tutoring/half hour $30.00. WITHDRAWAL: If a student wishes to withdraw, written notice must be given one month in advance of the anticipated withdrawal along with that month's tuition. This written notice must be presented to Beth Gilleece, personally. Students are responsible for the annual tuition and this tuition will be expected until written notice is received. NO REFUNDS are granted for classes missed or for the month the student withdraws. Classes missed due to illness should be made up during regularly scheduled classes. All make-up classes are forfeit upon withdrawal.
